Potatoes With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of a greased shallow baking dish.
    Add a little onion and sour cream.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers and finish with a layer of potatoes. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
    Stir in the milk and pour over potatoes.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
    Serves 2 or 3.
