Honey Mustard Potato Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped red or green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
Preparation
    In serving bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, pepper and onion.
    Gently stir in potatoes to coat. Cover and chill.
