Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag cranberries
    1 small orange use peel also
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2/3 c coconut
    1 c. pecans chopped
    1 medium apple chopped
    2 boxes red jello dry wild strawberry
Preparation
    Grind or chop fruit into small pieces.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Add a small amount of pineapple juice.
    If relish is to dry, add sugar to taste.
    May be stored airtight in refrigerator for a month.
