Chicken Cilantro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 boned, skinned chicken breasts
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. oil
    6 large cloves garlic, minced
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped cilantro
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/4-inch pieces.
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Add onions, garlic, cilantro and lemon.
    Saute until tender.
    Add cut chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 5 minutes until chicken is cooked.
    Pour over 6 cups steamed rice. Serves 12.
