Oven Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. unsweetened applesauce
5 c. white sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. allspice
sassafras root

Preparation

Mix well.
Bake in oven 3 to 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
