Broccoli Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until tender.
    Cook broccoli and drain well. Halve potatoes lengthwise, leaving 1/4-inch thick shell.
    Scoop out flesh into bowl.
    Add milk and butter and mash until smooth. Spoon into shells.
    Mix broccoli, cheese, onion, salt and pepper until blended.
    Spoon 1/4 cupful onto each potato.
