Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. berries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 recipe plain pastry
Preparation

Combine berries, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
Fill 8-inch pie pan.
Dot with butter; cover with top crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
