French Onion Soup Fiesta Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 can (8 oz.) seasoned taco sauce
    2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and split
    chili powder and pepper
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, quarter cut
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. crushed corn chips
    1/4 c. green olives, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until soft; heat beef broth, water and spices, over medium heat.
    Pour onions into broth and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
