Banana-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    2 c. baking mix
    1 small pkg. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and cream cheese in a bowl until light and fluffy.
    Beat in bananas and eggs.
    Stir in baking mix and pecans until just moistened.
    Pour into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
