Parched Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. pecan halves
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt oleo in long cake pan.
    Put pecans in and toss real good, then salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Cook 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out and repeat: salt, pepper and garlic salt again and bake 10 more minutes.
    Real good.
