Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Mix jello and boiling water together and chill, just until it starts to jell.
Add mayonnaise, pineapple, cottage cheese and horseradish; mix.
Turn into a mold; let set.
Serve on lettuce.
