Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cooked shredded chicken or canned chicken
salt and pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. small diced onion
1/2 c. diced carrot
4 c. chicken broth (from chicken you cook or canned broth)
Preparation

Cook chicken, salt and pepper, celery, onion, carrots and butter until all is tender; shred chicken and put back into broth. Then add flour and simmer for 15 minutes.
