Broken Glass Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. each cherry, lime and orange Jell-O
1 c. hot water per pkg. Jell-O
1/2 c. cold water per pkg. Jell-O
1 envelope plain gelatin
2 Tbsp. cold water
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot pineapple juice
1 c. milk
2 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Dissolve
each\tpackage
of
Jell-O in 1 cup hot water. Then add 1/2 cup cold water.
Pour into 3 shallow pans and let chill overnight.\tMix
wafer
crumbs
(reserving\t1/2
cup to sprinkle on\ttop),
oleo
and
1/4
cup sugar together.
Line bottom and sides
of

x
9-inch loaf pan.\tDissolve plain gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Add hot pineapple juice to gelatin (cool).\tWhip Dream Whip in 1 cup cold milk.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Fold gelatin mixture into
Dream Whip.
Cut Jell-O into 1-inch squares.
Fold into Dream
Whip. Pour
into\tlined dish.
Sprinkle with crumbs or nuts.
Chill and serve.
