Coke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 can dark Bing cherries, pitted
1 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. Coke

Preparation

Drain pineapple and cherry juices into saucepan. Bring liquid to a boil and dissolve Jell-O in it.
Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Add Jell-O solution and whip to thoroughly combine. Add pitted cherries (cut up), pineapple, nuts and Coke. Pour into Pyrex dish and chill until firm.
