Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted prunes
    1 c. dark raisins
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans, divided
    1 c. pitted dates
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In food processor chop prunes and dates for 35 to 40 seconds or until finely chopped.
    Place in a large mixing bowl.
    Repeat process with raisins and coconut.
    Add raisin mixture to prune mixture and mix well.
    Stir in wheat germ, orange rind, orange juice, honey and 1/2 cup pecans.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in remaining pecans.
    Store in airtight container with waxed paper between each layer.
