Rice Salad(From Liechtenstein) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. chicken stock or 2 c. water and 2 bouillon cubes
1 can Mexican corn
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper (sweet)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 clove garlic crushed
salad herbs, salt, pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cook the rice in the liquid and cool. Add corn and peppers. Make a dressing of the remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly with the rice and vegetables. May be served at room temperature or chilled. Excellent with grilled steak, grilled or fried chicken and fish.
