Golden Cheese Wheel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Muenster cheese
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, cut up
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Beat in 1 cup of flour, oil, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Stir in enough of remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
    Turn out onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 5 to 8 minutes. Place in lightly greased bowl, turning once to grease surface. Cover; let rise in warm place until double (about 1 hour).
    Punch down; divide into 2 portions.
    Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
    Roll out each portion to 13-inch circle.
    Place 1 circle on greased round pan.
    Combine 1 egg, cheese, parsley, garlic salt and pepper; spread over dough in pan.
    Place second dough over cheese filling.
    Trim and flute.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Brush top with mixture of beaten egg and water.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake for 12 minutes.
    Cut into wedges; serve hot.
    Makes 16 to 20 servings.
