Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage head
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Trim soiled leaves off cabbage and remove core.
Cover with boiling water and let stand for five minutes or until cabbage leaves are limp.
Separate leaves carefully.
Preserve five of the largest leaves for rolls.
