Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced zucchini (about 4 small)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. grated white cheese
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic (fresh or powder)
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine or 1 Tbsp. dried
Preparation
    Place zucchini in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with onion and cheese.
    Beat eggs; add oil.
    Mix dry ingredients and add egg mixture. Stir well.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
