Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 lb. crabmeat
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. dried onion
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Mix together.
Spoon into the 2 pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Freezes well.
