Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    5 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice to equal 1 c.
    2 3 oz. or 1 6 oz. box of jello or 2/3 c. jello
Preparation
    Cook first
    4 ingredients, boil for 8 minutes. Add jello, seal and store in cool place. Can be frozen also.
