Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes (1 lb.)
    2 cloves garlic
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes.
    Cook, covered in boiling water 20 to 25 minutes.
    Peel garlic cloves and add to potatoes last 15 minutes of cooking.
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Drain potatoes and garlic.
    Mash.
    Add onion mixture, cheese and pepper.
    Beat in enough milk to make potatoes light and fluffy (1/3 to 1/2 cup).
