Banana Split Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
3 to 4 bananas
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 jar maraschino cherries
chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick melted oleo and 2 teaspoons white sugar for the crust.
Cream 2 sticks (room temperature) oleo and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Pour over crust.
Layer on sliced bananas.
Layer on crushed pineapple.
Layer on Cool Whip.
Top with cherries that are sliced in half.
Sprinkle on chopped fine walnuts in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
