Navaho-Blue-Corn-Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Blue cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    honey or syrup for topping
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine and mix the first 5 dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs and milk and stir well. Let batter sit for a few minutes.
    Spoon batter onto a medium-hot oiled skillet.
    Cook until lightly brown, or about 2 minutes on each side.
    Serve with honey or syrup.
    Serves 4.
