Hot Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. Grated mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
    Paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Combine squash, chiles, salt, black pepper, and cheese, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
    Pour squash mixture into 2 quart casserole prepared with non stick vegetable spray.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
