Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. frozen corn
3 red peppers
3 green peppers
12 onions
1 qt. chopped cabbage
1 qt. vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. turmeric
salt to taste
2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
In large pan add corn, grind other vegetables and add to corn. Then add other ingredients.
Cook for about 25 to 30 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
