Cauliflower With Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    lemon twists
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Remove large outer leaves of cauliflower.
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Arrange flowerets in serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine butter, parsley, salt and basil; pour evenly over flowerets.
    Garnish with lemon twists and parsley sprigs.
