Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine hot water, salt, sugar and oil.
    Cool to lukewarm. Add beaten eggs.
    Dissolve yeast in the 2 tablespoons warm water and add to the first mixture.
    Stir in enough flour to mix well; beat well and then add enough flour until dough is easy to handle. Turn on floured board and knead.
    Place in a bowl; allow to rise until dough has doubled in bulk.
    Make into rolls.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Let rise in a warm place.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
