Weight Watchers Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or 1 lb. 90% lean hamburg
    1 large can kitchen ready tomatoes
    1 onion
    2 c. egg noodles
    1 small container part skim Ricotta
    1 pepper, sliced
Preparation
    You can make this in a skillet with a cover or a casserole dish.
