Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. ears sweet corn
    2 onions, chopped
    2 sweet green peppers, chopped
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob but do not scrape cob.
    Mix with onions, peppers and cabbage.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour; stir occasionally.
    Turn into sterilized jars and seal at once.
    Makes 5 (1/2 pint) jars.
