Ingredients

1/2 lb. Crisco
3 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
pie filling (your favorite)
Preparation

Mix Crisco and dry ingredients.
Make a well in the center and add beaten eggs and orange juice.
Mix well.
Place small balls of dough in tea cake pans.
Flatten out the dough in tins to form small tarts.
Fill with pie filling (cherry or blueberry).
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 48 to 50 tarts.
