Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Rinse in colander.
    Finely chop stems.
    In skillet, heat margarine.
    Combine all ingredients except mushroom caps.
    Fry 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
