Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sifted plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling.
    Stir in flour and salt briskly.
    Beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each addition.
    Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Split and fill with chicken or crab salad.
    Also good with chocolate or vanilla pudding.
    Makes 35 puffs.
