Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. coffee flavored liqueur
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. instant Espresso or cappuccino coffee powder
2 to 3 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers
Preparation

Start 3 hours before serving.
In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese with 3 tablespoons milk until smooth and fluffy.
Add confectioners sugar and beat in with 3 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Stir 2/3 grated chocolate.
Set aside remaining chocolate for top of dessert.
