Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 can tomato soup, with 1/2 c. water
    2 cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagna noodles
    2 well beaten eggs
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Combine cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
