Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. onion, cut up
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, garlic and celery.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
