Zucchini Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. unsifted flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Lightly mix sugar, zucchini and oil.
    Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking powder. Gradually add to egg mixture, blending thoroughly.
    Stir in pecans, raisins and pineapple.
    Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased and floured loaf pans.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 50 minutes, or until done.
    Makes 2 loaves.
