Cheese Soup #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag carrots, grated
    3 bunches green onions, chopped
    3 cans chicken broth
    3 cans potato soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 full round block mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions and carrots in 1/2 stick oleo.
    Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes. Add the potato soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Let simmer to melt the cheese.
    Keep hot.
