Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 c. Milnot
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to pumpkin.
    Add eggs, Milnot and hot water.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until done.
    (I double this for 16-ounce can of pumpkin.
    Makes three 8-inch pies.)
