Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. herbed stuffing mix
Preparation
    Saute onion and squash in a little oil until onion is translucent. Cover and let steam for a few minutes. Mix squash, onion, carrots and sour cream. Melt butter and toss with stuffing. Place the stuffing in a casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
