Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sticks (1 lb.) margarine (not butter!)
    2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Coat 2 boxes raisins (1 pound size) with 1/2 cup flour.
    Cream well margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Add flour, baking powder and lemon flavor.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Test cake with cake tester or straw.
    Do not overcook.
