Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken, cut into cubes
1/4 c. diced pimento
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup (diluted)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
Preparation

Place chicken, pimento, green pepper and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour soup and broth over that.
Add salt, pepper and 1 1/4 cups cheese.
Add spaghetti; toss lightly.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.
Chill 1 hour before cooking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
