Crepe Suzettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk (about)
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sifted flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the whole eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add enough milk to make a thin batter. Beat until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
Pour about 1/2 cup batter into a heated lightly greased skillet. When brown on underside, turn and brown on the other side.
Spread with marmalades, jams or jellies and roll.
