Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 can black-eyed peas
    2 cloves garlic
    a pinch of oregano
    3 to 4 capers (no juice)
    1/2 jar green olives
    1/2 c. olive juice
    2 green peppers
    1 onion
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil.
    Add other ingredients and simmer many hours.
    Serve over rice.
    (Cannot be made in a crock-pot; needs to be made on a stove in a pot.)
