Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped mild green chilies
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill several hours. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, or as a mild sauce for other dishes.
