Boiled Filet Of Sole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    good dollop of mayonnaise
    1/2 shot dry vermouth
    little sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Squeeze into the pan the juice of 1/2 lemon; take out seeds.
    Add mayonnaise and dry vermouth and stir with a fork.
    Lay out filets on foil on a broiler pan.
    Pour and spread evenly the mixture from the saucepan over the filets. Let sit for 15 minutes or so.
    Sprinkle with a little paprika and broil close to flame.
