Caviar Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. onion, minced
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2/3 c. sour cream
    4 oz. caviar, well drained (1/2 red and 1/2 black)
Preparation
    Chop eggs and mix with mayonnaise.
    Spread mixture in a well-greased 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Sprinkle onions over egg mixture.
    Soften cream cheese and blend with sour cream until smooth.
    Spread this mixture over onions with a wet spatula.
    Chill 3 hours or overnight.
    Top creatively with caviar.
    Serve with crackers or toast points.
