Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut up fryer or 10 to 12 chicken thighs
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ginger, powdered
    1/4 c. white or sherry wine
    3 to 4 garlic cloves
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Combine ingredients for teriyaki sauce and pour over chicken.
    Marinate overnight.
    Bake approximately 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven, turning every 15 minutes. Serves approximately 6 people.
