Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar and lemon juice.
    Stir in pumpkin.\tSift together flour, baking soda,
    cinnamon
    and
    salt.
    Add
    to
    pumpkin mixture. Spread on a
    greased\tand
    floured
    jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Sprinkle
    the
    nuts
    on
    top of the batter.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Place a dish towel on top and turn cake out, then starting at the narrow end, roll towel and cake together. Cool
    and unroll.
    Spread
    filling over cake.
    Roll again and chill.
