Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 3/4 c. butter-flavored cracker crumbs or Ritz cookies (about 36 crackers)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the sour cream, soup, and poppy seeds.
    Stir in chicken.
    Pour into a greased 11 in. x 7 in. x 2 in. baking dish. Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0F for 25 - 30 min. or until heated through.
